By creating immersive experiences using state-of-the-art sound technology FOS showcases leading practitioners in the fields of music and audio design.<\/p>\n<p><em>Cybersonica<\/em> were residents on the <strong>Future Of Sound<\/strong> Tour,\u00a06th December 2006 \u2013 12th April 2007\u00a0to seven arts and campus venues\u00a0across\u00a0England. Two <em>Cybersonica<\/em> featured artists including\u00a0<strong>Chris O\u2019Shea<\/strong>, <strong>The Sancho Plan<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>squidsoup<\/strong> and <strong>Troika<\/strong>\u00a0presented their work at each FOS event and a selection of sonic artworks\u00a0commissioned for <em>Cybersonica 06<\/em> and including\u00a0<strong>squidsoup<\/strong>\u2019s <strong><em>Freq2<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Fijuu<\/strong>\u2019s <strong><em>Fijuu2<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Troika<\/strong>\u2019s <strong><em>Schitzoporotica<\/em><\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Someth;ng<\/strong>\u2019s <strong><em>Tape<\/em><\/strong> were exhibited where possible.<\/p>\n<p>Details\u00a0of the <strong><em>Future Of Sound 08\/09 Tour<\/em><\/strong> will be announced here and on the FOS website shortly.<\/td>\n<td width=\"5\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regular collaborators since 2006, Cybersonica &amp;\u00a0Future Of Sound\u00a0(FOS) have have been developing a joint plan for future\u00a0programming and have successfully secured support from the National Lottery through Arts Council England for\u00a0an allied Future of Sound (FOS) 08\/09 Tour and Cybersonica AV Lab.
